Vodafone Group Plc is a telecommunications company. It operates mobile and fixed networks in 15 countries and has stakes in a further seven countries through its joint ventures and associates. It also partners with mobile networks in 43 countries outside its footprint. Its business comprises infrastructure assets, shared operations, growth platforms and retail and service operations. Its retail and service operations are split across three business lines: Vodafone Business, Europe Consumer and Africa Consumer. It provides a range of mobile and fixed line connectivity services in its European markets. Its value-added services include its consumer IoT propositions, as well as security and insurance products. It serves private and public sector customers of all sizes with a range of connectivity services, supported by its global network. Through its VodaPay super-app and the M-Pesa payment platform, it provides financial services, as well as business and merchant services in Africa.
