The QV Rank provides a simple but effective system for finding good, cheap (quality+value) shares. It is an equally weighted combination of Stockopedia's QualityRank and ValueRank. These two basic ranks are computed for every company in the market on a daily basis, summed and then re-ranked as a percentile from 0 (worst) to 100 (best).
The QV Rank is often favoured by contrarian investors who like to purchase quality shares at bargain prices.
High QV ranking shares may have poor momentum.
