International Public Partnerships Limited is a Guernsey-based closed-end investment company. The Company's investment objective is to provide its investors with stable, long-term, inflation-linked returns, based on growing dividends and the potential for capital appreciation. It seeks to achieve this by investing in a diversified portfolio of infrastructure assets and businesses, which through its active management, meets societal and environmental needs. It invests in public or social infrastructure assets and related businesses. The Company has approximately 142 investments in infrastructure assets and businesses across a variety of sectors, such as energy transmission, transport, education, gas distribution, wastewater, health, military housing, digital, courts and others. It invests in various geographies, such as United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium, Germany, United States, Canada, Ireland, Denmark and Italy. Its investment adviser is Amber Fund Management Limited.
